I’m good at making sense of complicated things.

Before I designed websites, I managed people, processes, billing, and about a hundred moving parts at once. I’ve spent years as a medical practice manager, where “just figure it out” might as well have been in my job description.

That experience shapes how I work now. When you come to me with three offers, twelve ideas, and a website you’re tired of explaining, I don’t expect you to have it all neatly packaged. We’ll sort out what matters, find the thread, and build from there.

And yes, I care how it looks. I also care whether people can find it, understand it, and know what to do next.

I believe in starting before everything feels perfectly figured out.

In 2024, I had a spontaneous coronary artery dissection—a type of heart attack I never saw coming. It changed how I think about time and what deserves my energy.

I’m still a planner. I still ask a lot of questions. But I’m less interested in waiting for the mythical perfect moment.

Beyond the browser tabs

I have four adult kids, a polydactyl cat named Tootsie who considers herself management, and a bike that helps me think. Give me a good book, live music, red wine, or a conversation that skips the small talk, and I’m happy.
