Frequently Asked Questions

(aka “Things You’re Probably Wondering But Haven’t Asked Yet”)

Do you only work with Squarespace?

Yep — Squarespace is my zone of genius. It’s clean, modern, flexible, and doesn’t require a PhD to update. I know it inside and out, so you get expert-level design without the headaches.

I already have a Squarespace site. Can you just fix it up?

Absolutely. Whether it needs a light refresh or a total glow-up, I offer redesigns that make your current site look like it finally got its act together.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

Perfect. That’s literally my job. I’ll ask the right questions, read between the lines, and guide you to the best-fit solution for where you are (and where you’re headed).

Do I need to have my copy/photos done?

It helps! But if not, I’ll guide you through what to write and what kinds of images to use. I offer copy coaching and guidance, but if you want someone to write it for you in your brand voice, I can bring in one of my trusted writer partners. (No boring corporate blah-blah here.)

What’s the timeline for a project?

It depends on the size and scope, but most projects wrap in 2-6 weeks once we’re rolling. Rush jobs? We can talk, but they come with a “priority” price tag.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do! I believe good design should be accessible and sustainable — so we can absolutely split your project into 2-3 manageable payments.

What if I want to manage my site after it’s done?

Perfect! I build all my sites so you can take the wheel with confidence. You’ll get personalized tutorials and support, so you’re not left guessing what button does what.

How far out are you booking?

Typically 2–4 weeks in advance for design work, but SEO and blogging can sometimes be squeezed in sooner—just ask!

Do you offer SEO?

Yes, and it’s not fluff. I offer strategic SEO setup and services that actually help you get found by the right people. No keyword stuffing. No weird hacks.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes — that’s one of the many reasons I love Squarespace. After launch, you’ll have the tools and know-how to update text, swap photos, or publish blog posts like a pro.

What’s the first step?

Easy — Book a Call and we’ll chat about what’s working, what’s not, and how we can turn your site into the sales tool it was always meant to be.
