Why I Love Designing in Squarespace (And You Might Too)
Look, I’ve flirted with other platforms. WordPress? Too high-maintenance. Wix? Bless its heart. But Squarespace? Chef’s kiss. We’re in a long-term, committed relationship—and it’s going really well.
Here’s why I design almost exclusively in Squarespace—and why, if you're a coach or creative running your own show, it might just be your website soulmate too:
1. It’s sleek, sexy, and strategic—right out of the box.
You don’t have to be a tech wizard to make it look amazing. The templates are already stunning, and with the right strategy (hi, that’s me), we turn it into a scroll-stopping site that sells you—without screaming “template.”
2. It’s user-friendly AF.
After I hand it off, you can actually use it without crying into your wine. No confusing backend. No “wait, what did I just break?” Just click, drag, type, done. You’re empowered to update things on your own—because you should be in control of your online home.
3. Built-in tools = less juggling, more living.
Email marketing, blogging, SEO, scheduling, even selling digital products or memberships—Squarespace has it all in one place. No duct-taping a dozen apps together. It’s clean, streamlined, intuitive, and simple.
4. It’s made for the modern entrepreneur.
If you’re a coach, author, speaker, podcaster, or any kind of multi-passionate powerhouse, Squarespace gives you the flexibility to grow, shift, and evolve without rebuilding from scratch every time your business pivots (because let’s be real—that’s gonna happen).
Bottom line?
Squarespace makes it easier for me to create bold, beautiful websites backed by strategy—and easier for you to keep them running without a panic attack. I love that for us.
